Program Execution:
- In this role, LPI would be responsible for deriving program timelines, proactively tracking the deliverables of R&D; team members for the program to ensure on-time delivery of current products adhering to BPL s product development processes and quality standards
- LPI will also own the design transfer deliverables for the program

KPI tracking/ Program health/status Reporting:
- LPI would be also leading daily and weekly program meetings with regular KPI tracking and communication to stakeholder on the program health and status through extensive KPI tracking
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in Medical Device Industry
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC 60601, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and IEC 62366
- Experience in the design and development of electromechanical systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong proactive risk identification and mitigation determination
- Should have been part of at least one end to end product development and aware of the product development lifecycle in medical device development
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- B
E / M
E or equivalent degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience product development role within the medical device industry
