The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, executing outbound sales campaigns, managing IT service bidding activities, scheduling meetings with decision-makers, and creating a consistent sales pipeline for the Business Development team.

This role requires expertise in contemporary lead generation techniques, AI-powered prospecting, LinkedIn networking, sales intelligence platforms, proposal writing, online bidding platforms, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

Responsibilities:-





Lead Generation & Market Research

· Build and maintain targeted prospect databases across North America, Europe, APAC, and Middle East markets.

· Research and identify potential clients requiring:

· Identify new business opportunities through industry databases, online platforms, events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

IT Bidding & Proposal Management
- Manage bidding activities on platforms such as: Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr Pro, Well found, LinkedIn Opportunities
- Analyse client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare competitive solutions.
