This requires a broad range of skills including financial modeling, risk management, understanding of US/Canadian GAAP, financing, audit, investor relations, and more.

We are small but growing fast which means you will get the chance to specialize and grow into future roles.

Lastly, as you might expect of a finance company, we work really hard when we need to, but we don’t work hard just for the sake of it. We don’t miss our kids’ concerts, we work out during the day and we usually sign off early on Fridays.

You’re an Eliteand Enthusiastic/detail-oriented individual, to join our team as a Junior Accountant. While 1-2 years of experience is advantageous,



it's not mandatory – we value a robust work ethic and a willingness to learn. The work you do for our clients helps them truly unplug on vacation, have more time with their kids, and get back to enjoying running their businesses.

You will have two major accountabilities:

1. Ensuring precise categorization and organization of financial transactions, contributing to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.

2. Taking ownership of the invoicing and billing process, recording, tracking, and following up on invoices and bills to facilitate timely payments and prevent overdue status.

You will be working across a wide range of tech and software platforms including
NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc, Dext, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Glew.io, Rippling, Gusto, Bill.com
, and more.
