Lead the development, writing, and delivery of high-quality impact reports for corporate partners, donors, and internal stakeholders.
Write compelling narratives supported by data, field insights, case studies, and program outcomes across diverse geographies.
Prepare annual reports, donor-specific reports, BRSR-aligned disclosures, ESG-aligned impact documentation, sustainability briefs, and thematic publications.
Translate program metrics into narratives aligned with CSR mandates, BRSR indicators, SDG targets, GRI standards, and other global sustainability frameworks.
Collaborate closely with program managers, field teams, other impact reporting team members and senior leadership to gather accurate and timely data.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to articulate transparent, evidence-backed program impact stories.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards in every document produced.
Edit and proofread reports, ensuring clarity, coherence, strong visual storytelling, and error-free content.
Maintain a repository of impact data, photographs,



beneficiary stories, and field insights to support ongoing reporting needs.
Stay updated with evolving industry trends in corporate sustainability reporting, BRSR requirements, ESG disclosures, and global best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to ensure reporting meets their expectations and compliance requirements.
Work closely with design teams to translate content into visually appealing report layouts.
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by developing articles, blogs, newsletters, and research-based publications.
Ensure alignment with SankalpTaru s global documentation needs, including reporting support for international donors

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in communications, journalism, environmental studies, development studies, English literature, or a related field.
