Role Description
The Sales Manager role at TruColors is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing sales pipelines, tracking targets, and ensuring timely follow-ups with existing and prospective clients. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with school administrators, distributors, and other partners,



and conducting regular market visits to identify opportunities and gather feedback. The Sales Manager will collaborate with production, marketing, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with inventory, branding, and delivery timelines. Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, and supporting strategic decisions that drive revenue growth for the Prepster brand.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales management experience, preferably in apparel, uniforms, retail, or related industries.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use insights to refine sales strategies.
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
