About the Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Executive with a construction / real estate background to manage day-to-day maintenance, repairs, building services, utilities, and site facilities at our project site.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, upkeep, and maintenance of site infrastructure, equipment, common areas, temporary facilities, and building services.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite & Building Maintenance
- Handle day-to-day maintenance activities at the construction/project site.
- Inspect and maintain site infrastructure, offices, cabins, common areas, toilets, parking areas, pathways, and other facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair works.




- Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate with contractors/vendors for necessary repairs.

Electrical & Plumbing Coordination
- Monitor basic electrical systems, lighting, DBs, switches, wiring, pumps, and other site electrical requirements.
- Coordinate plumbing maintenance including water supply, drainage, pumps, leakages, and sanitary fixtures.
- Ensure proper functioning of water tanks, pumps, pipelines, and other utility systems.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, and external agencies whenever required.

Construction Site Support
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, MEP team, Security, Housekeeping, and contractors.
- Ensure site facilities remain operational and protected for employees and workers.
