Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Repairs. Assist in routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of hotel systems including:HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, Kitchen, laundry, and back-of-house equipment
Fire safety and life safety systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
Document and report completed maintenance tasks and issues, Preventive Maintenance
Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules
Perform routine checks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Assist in identifying equipment requiring repair or replacement
Maintain maintenance logs and checklists
