We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership, client acquisition and team-management skills, with the ability to develop strategies and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients
- Identify potential clients across different industries and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Handle sales presentations, negotiations and client meetings
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Set individual and team sales targets
- Track leads, conversions and revenue performance
- Develop effective sales pipelines and follow-up strategies




- Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
- Explore opportunities for expanding the company's client base in domestic and international markets

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Robust client acquisition and relationship-management abilities
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Experience in digital marketing, media, advertising or IT services will be an added advantage
- Willingness to meet clients and attend business meetings when required
- Highly target-driven and result-oriented
