The Role
- We''re hiring a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle for NRIT''s services from prospecting and pitching through to closing and handoff.
- You''ll be the face of NRIT to prospective clients, translating our consulting-led, AI-first approach into deals that convert.
- This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a book of business at a startup that''s already proving its value in the market, not just promising it.
- What You''ll Sell NRIT''s six core service lines:
- Business Consulting
- Identify client pain points and risks, build the business case, and drive the roadmap for technology investment.
- AI Advisory
- Enterprise AI adoption strategy, AI ROI cases, product rationalization, and responsible AI governance.
- Data Services
- Data monetization, de-duplication, curation, security, modelling, and governance.
- Cloud Solutions
- Cloud and data migration, application rearchitecting, replatforming, and managed infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Product Development
- AI-overlay application builds,



engineered for measurable ROI, not just feature delivery.
- Implementation & Managed Services
- SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Microsoft implementation and ongoing managed services.

What We're Looking For
- Experience - 3 years in business development,sales, or account management within IT services, consulting, or enterprisesoftware.
- Domain fluency - Comfortable discussing AI,cloud, data, and enterprise platforms at a business-outcomes level - you don''tneed to build it, but you need to sell its value credibly.
- Sales track record - Track record of carryingand closing against a revenue target in a B2B services setting.
- Startup mindset - Comfortable navigatingambiguity and building process at a startup, rather than executing an existingplaybook.
- Consultative, not transactional - Able totranslate technical capability into a business case a CFO or CIO will actuallyact on.
