Job Title: Tele Business Development Executive
Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years in Sales / Telesales
Qualification: 12th Pass & Above
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand
*(Based on last drawn salary, experience, and communication skills)*

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and connect with potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers




- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain follow-ups and update customer information
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective communication

Required Skills

Strong telesales and convincing skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in:
- English
- Hindi
- Bengali

Positive negotiation and customer handling abilities
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach
Ability to build strong customer relationships
