Working hours are Indian Night shift - 9 AM EST - 6 PM EST (7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior and Mid Recruiter's to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in client management, end-to-end recruiting, and navigating immigration-related employment processes (H1B, Green Card, EADs, Citizens). These roles require someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output workplace, maintains strong attention to detail, and can lead by example while mentoring junior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruiting:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, focusing on both technical and non-technical positions.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards,



social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations end-to-end.

Immigration Expertise:
- Manage recruitment involving H1B, Green Card, EAD, and other work-authorization categories.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and immigration regulatory requirements.

Market & Technology Awareness
- Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends, compensation benchmarks and talent availability.
- Provide clients with data-driven hiring recommendations to enhance decision-making.

Candidate Relationship Management
- Build strong rapport with candidates and guide them through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, work-authorized candidates for ongoing and future roles.
