Role Description
The Human Resources Director at HCR will lead the HR function, overseeing HR strategy, policy development, and implementation to support organizational goals. This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata includes managing employee relations, performance management processes, and adherence to labor and employment laws. The Human Resources Director will guide HR operations, including recruitment planning, workforce development, and organizational culture initiatives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and HR Policies, with the ability to design and implement effective HR frameworks.
