Role & responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to optimize Workday Recruiting and HCM system design and configuration and processes.
- Resolve the functional issues and support day-to-day Business as Usual items.
- Prepare and maintain Workday user documentation.
- Serve as a first line resource on Global support to troubleshoot issues with Workday processes, notifications & security.
- Serve as Workday SME; actively participate in Workday Releases and staying ahead of recent features/functionality being introduced by Workday.
- Responsible for regular analysis of new Workday features in their area of responsibility
- Maintain Business configuration, job structure, eligibility, communication, and training, etc.
- Global Experience including US, EMEA and APAC regions
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience implementing Recruiting and HCM configurations for customers of all sizes
- Strong presentation skills and data translation to respective stakeholders
- Build test plans and perform required tests for successful implementation
- Knowledge of ticket tool system (Service Now & Jira are desirable) to prioritize & manage service request
- Development of standard management reports, people metrics and dashboards
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Professional (5+ years) related HRIS work experience with minimum 3+ years experience on Workday Recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Workday certification is a Plus
