Role Summary:

Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations (Inward & Outward ) of Pipe, TMT, Sheets & other Steel products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management
- Monitor inward, outward movement of TMT bars, GI/MS Pipes, GP/ Color Coated Sheets.

2. Quality & Production Supervision
- Check size, gauge, weight, and quality of pipes, TMT, and sheets before dispatch
- Ensure proper cutting, bundling, and storage as per standards
- Report any damages or quality issues to the Management

3. Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate with sales team for order picking and timely dispatch
- Supervise loading/unloading and verify against invoice/challan
- Coordinate with transporters for delivery

4. Team Handling
- Manage 10-15 workers/loader team at yard and warehouse
- Ensure safety rules and PPE usage at site

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain gate pass, DC, and stock movement records




- Submit daily dispatch report & ensure to maintain minimum stock level to avoid stock out situation
- Handle basic customer queries at yard

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of + 2 / Any degree

Experience: 1- 2 years And 1st Preference for candidates with experience in Steel, TMT, Pipe, or Sheet industry

Product Knowledge: TMT, GI/MS Pipe, GP Sheets, Color Coated Sheets, Structural Steel

Skills : Stock handling, team management, basic MS Excel, positive communication

Other Details:

Salary: As per experience + Incentives

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
