We are looking for a sharp, communicative, and experienced Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS) to manage our busy daily OPD clinic and wellness center operations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for daily commuting patients. You will combine clinical diagnostic skills with exceptional counseling abilities to ensure patients commit to and complete their multi-day, daily-visit therapy programs (such as Panchakarma courses).

Key Responsibilities
- OPD Consultation: Conduct initial evaluations for walk-in and scheduled patients, diagnosing root causes and designing specific daily treatment timelines.
- Package Conversion & Counseling: Educate daily-visit patients on why a single session is insufficient, successfully closing 7, 14, or 21-day sequential therapy packages.
- Daily Therapy Supervision: Monitor the daily progress of commuting patients,
ensuring therapist accuracy and high patient satisfaction during their sessions.
- Retention & Adherence: Actively follow up with patients who skip or delay their scheduled daily therapies to ensure zero drop-outs and complete course completion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in a busy OPD clinic, retail wellness center, or premium corporate Ayurvedic chain.
- Registration: Active Central or State AYUSH council registration.
- Core Competencies: High emotional intelligence, robust persuasion and clinical counseling skills, and experience managing daily appointment flows.
