About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Campus In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our residential learning campus. The role involves coordinating student activities, maintaining discipline, managing campus requirements, and ensuring a safe and well-organized residential environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential campus.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, routines, and general well-being.
- Coordinate with students, faculty, administration, housekeeping, security, and other support teams.
- Address student concerns and resolve day-to-day campus issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of campus rules, schedules, and procedures.
- Monitor hostel, food, housekeeping, maintenance, and other residential facilities.
- Maintain daily records, reports, attendance, and operational updates.
- Coordinate student activities, tests,



academic schedules, and campus requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and residential operations.
- Escalate important issues to the management and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly campus environment.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in residential campus, hostel, education, student management, administration, or similar operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle students and manage day-to-day situations independently.
- Comfortable working in a residential campus environment.
- Candidates with experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Coordinator, Campus Coordinator, Campus Manager, or similar role are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per m
