We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with prior sales experience and strong communication skills. The role involves customer engagement, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers through calls, chats, and emails.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable healthcare products/services.

Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.

Follow up with customers for lead closure.

Update customer interactions in CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Resolve customer queries professionally.

Maintain daily sales reports in Google Sheets.

Build long-term customer relationships.

Stay updated on products, pricing, and offers.

Required Skills
Experience in Sales and Customer Engagement.

Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Experience using CRM tools.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.





Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts/weekends, if required.

Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree minimum (any stream)

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Success.

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Must have a personal laptop.

Must have a reliable internet connection
