- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls, chat, or email)
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets
