Role Summary -

As a City Head,



you will own the end-to-end business performance for an assigned city/cluster, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and restaurant partner success. You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and POCs, ensuring business targets are achieved through strong execution, data-driven decision-making, and field leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own city-level business metrics, revenue, and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key restaurant partners.
- Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate reporting, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive partner engagement, market expansion, and business planning.
