Role Description
This full time, on-site Project Manager role is based in the Pune District and is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery within Savills India’s real estate and consulting portfolio.



The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves coordinating inspections, tracking progress against milestones, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions where necessary. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align project objectives with business goals, while upholding safety, compliance, and company policies on-site.
