This role offers the opportunity to lead email marketing and audience engagement initiatives across a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will manage campaigns from planning and content development through execution, automation, measurement, and optimization.

The position combines hands-on marketing execution with data-driven decision-making and audience strategy.

You will work across volunteer engagement, donor communications, events, corporate partnerships, and internal communications.

Accountabilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Build, manage, and optimize automated email journeys, drip campaigns, newsletters, donor communication flows, volunteer engagement campaigns, and event communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling, audience-focused email content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, conversions, and subscriber engagement.
- Use campaign insights to identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.
