Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute mass hiring strategies to meet business demands through bulk hiring campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and develop effective talent acquisition plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet company standards for volume hiring needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
