Role Description
The Senior Process Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role focuses on managing and executing business process tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include handling customer service and support interactions, resolving inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior Process Executive will analyze process performance, identify areas for improvement,



and collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement enhancements. The role also involves documenting processes, following compliance guidelines, and using communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
