Art & Craft Teacher Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Art & Craft Teacher to inspire students through drawing, painting, craft, and creative activities while developing their imagination, confidence, and artistic skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Art & Craft lessons.
- Teach drawing, sketching, painting, colouring, paper craft, clay modelling, and other creative techniques.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, demonstrations, and teaching materials.
- Use hands-on and activity-based methods to encourage creativity and participation.
- Guide students in developing artistic skills, imagination, and self-expression.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and nurture students’ artistic talents and interests.
- Organise art exhibitions, competitions, displays, and creative projects.
- Manage art materials, inventory, and classroom resources effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised art classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers for interdisciplinary projects and school events.




- Participate in school meetings, training, and other assigned responsibilities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Art & Craft, Drawing, or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant teaching qualification/certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience teaching Art & Craft in a school environment is preferred.

Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE/ICSE or similar school envi
