RARE is building a different kind of real estate advisory in Chennai — representing discerning homebuyers, HNIs, NRIs and families in important property decisions.

We are looking for a sharp, articulate and ambitious
Associate – Private Client Advisory

who can become one of the client-facing representatives of RARE.

You don't necessarily need real estate experience.

You could come from
hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, fashion, psychology, education, media, theatre, communications, business or real estate

.

We are equally open to an exceptional
UG/PG fresher

who demonstrates maturity, strong communication, curiosity and work ethic.

What matters is whether you can learn quickly, carry yourself professionally and earn the confidence of a sophisticated client.

What you'll do

Client Advisory
- Speak with prospective clients and understand what they are actually looking for.
- Advise clients on suitable properties, locations and alternatives.




- Participate in client meetings and property presentations.
- Accompany clients on curated property visits using company-arranged transportation.
- Initially support senior advisors and gradually manage clients independently.

Market Intelligence
- Visit projects and neighbourhoods across Chennai.
- Meet developers and understand their projects.
- Study pricing, inventory, specifications, micro-markets and competing developments.
- Build solid first-hand knowledge of Chennai's residential market.
- Turn market information into useful insights for clients.

Relationship Management
- Build relationships with developers, property owners and other market participants.
- Coordinate property information, availability and appointments.
- Follow up with clients professionally without aggressive selling.
- Maintain high standards of communication throughout the client journey.
