About the Role

We're looking for a
Sales Executive
to join Htm and take ownership of sales conversations, follow-ups, and business development.

You'll work with potential clients, understand their requirements, build relationships, present relevant solutions, handle objections, and convert opportunities into business.

As you grow into the role, you'll also be trained and gradually take on a broader business development mandate at Htm.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations.
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Handle objections and negotiate commercials.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.




- Work towards defined sales and revenue targets.
- Gradually take ownership of Htm's business development activities.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven and target-oriented.
- Ability to understand a client's requirement rather than simply pitch a service.
- Willingness to learn marketing, growth, and consultative selling.
