Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Amazon Ads Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Amazon Ads Specialist will manage and optimize sponsored ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display), including keyword research, bid adjustments,



and budget management. The role involves daily monitoring of campaign performance, analyzing reports, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve ROI, conversions, and overall account health. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align advertising strategies with business goals, prepare performance summaries, and recommend optimizations. Additional responsibilities include staying current with Amazon advertising policies, trends, and best practices, and supporting testing initiatives such as A/B experiments on ads and product pages.

Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, ad dashboards, and spreadsheets to interpret performance
