Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, digital workers, and intelligent automation capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes and operational efficiency
- Rapidly prototype, validate, and scale emerging AI technologies (Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, orchestration, and analytics) to address enterprise transformation opportunities
- Partner with business, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to identify high-value use cases and translate them into production-ready AI solutions
- Establish and promote AI engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, governance standards, and responsible AI controls to accelerate enterprise adoption
- Serve as a transformation catalyst by evaluating disruptive technologies, driving innovation pilots, and building strategic capabilities that position the organization for future-state digital operations
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to,



transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work workplace, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, automation, cloud engineering, or digital transformation, with a demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM-b
