Position: Group Head – Sales & Marketing

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)/ CEO.

✅About the Role

India's Leading Aluminium Engineering Company is seeking an experienced and visionary Group Head – Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing function across all Group companies. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing the Company's growth strategy, increasing market share, expanding domestic and international business, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving the business objectives outlined in Company's strategic business plan.

✅Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Group's Sales & Marketing strategy in line with the Company's vision and business plan.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead business development initiatives to acquire new customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, and export markets.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Develop annual sales budgets, forecasts, pricing strategies, and market penetration plans.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely execution.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and strategic customer engagements.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team across all business units.
- Represent Company at customer meetings, industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade events.
- Ensure achievement of annual business targets while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and customer service.

MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering discipli
