Handle on-site technical issues and offer timely resolutions across assigned territories in Bihar and Jharkhand.
Coordinate with the Head Office and local dealers for escalations and customer feedback.
Maintain and track service records, customer complaints, and resolutions in a structured format.
Conduct preventive maintenance and product testing at customer premises and ensure smooth functioning.
Provide technical training and support to clients, dealers, and channel partners when required.
Manage spares inventory efficiently for quick turnaround on service calls.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build robust professional relationships.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory for servicing and support.
Communicate effectively on emails and on phone regarding customer escalations, feedback ,

Qualification: Graduate.
Experience: 2 3 years of experience in servicing inverters, batteries, UPS systems, or related power backup products.
Good understanding of lithium battery technology, SMPS, and power electronics is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
Willingness to travel across Bihar and Jharkhand as per service requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
