1. Resident Management
- Manage day-to-day resident activities and ensure a safe, disciplined and comfortable setting.
- Maintain regular communication with residents and address their concerns promptly.
- Ensure all residents follow PG rules, timings and code of conduct.
- Monitor resident entry/exit and maintain proper records.
- Handle room allotment, room changes and resident movement as instructed.

2. Admission & Documentation
- Ensure every new resident completes the required form, agreement, ID verification and other documents before/at the time of admission.
- Verify that all resident documents are complete and properly submitted.
- Coordinate with the Admission/Operations team for current admissions and room allotments.
- Immediately report any documentation gap or admission-related issue instead of keeping it pending.

3. Attendance & Resident Tracking
- Maintain daily resident occupancy and movement records.
- Keep the IN/OUT register updated.
- Track residents who are absent, have gone home, or are staying outside the PG.




- Share updated occupancy/vacancy information with the concerned team.

4. Discipline & Behaviour
- Ensure a peaceful and respectful environment within the PG.
- Monitor violations related to noise, visitors, smoking, alcohol, prohibited items, fights, harassment or other misconduct.
- Address minor issues immediately and escalate serious/repeated violations to the Operations Head.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling resident complaints and sensitive matters.

5. Housekeeping & Cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspection of rooms, common areas, washrooms, corridors, kitchen/dining areas and other facilities.
- Ensure housekeeping staff are performing their assigned duties properly.
- Report cleanliness gaps and follow up until the issue is resolved.
- Maintain hygiene standards across the PG.

6. Maintenance Coordination
- Conduct daily rounds to identify maintenance issues.
- Record complaints related to plumbing, electrical, furni
