Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer / Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and be capable of driving technical solutions from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures for enterprise-grade applications.

• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems.

• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.

• Participate in System Design, Architecture discussions, and technical solutioning.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.





• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
