We are looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate should have solid functional knowledge of Odoo, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to manage customers, functional consultants, developers, and other stakeholders.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Odoo projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Management
- Manage Odoo implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-go-live support.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Monitor project budgets, effort, and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide management reports.
2. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
- Conduct workshops and discussions with customers to understand their business processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis between standard Odoo functionality and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to use standard Odoo functionality instead of unnecessary customization.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with the development team for custom requirements.

Strong understanding of multiple Odoo modules, including:
