We are looking for a Software Development Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI technologies and enterprise-grade engineering.

You’ll be building the technical backbone of our Agentic AI solutions - AI-powered agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously to transform both customer experiences and internal team productivity.

You should have :

2-4 years of professional software development experience

Must have experience building AI products, especially Agentic AI and support workflow related solutions

Hands-on experience with agentic AI in customer experiences domain

Solid programming skills in JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and advanced JavaScript libraries/frameworks (multi-language experience is a plus)

Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases including Elasticsearch, Apache Solr, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Citus Data

Knowledge of AWS and GCP is an advantage

Familiarity with AI/ML integration, MCPs,



NLP model and working with APIs for AI-driven products Roles & Responsibilities As a Software Development Engineer, you will :

Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Agentic AI based features that simplify customer journeys and empower support agents with intelligent, autonomous workflows on the SearchUnify platform

Develop Agentic AI solutions for customer demos and POCs to showcase capabilities and accelerate adoption Integrate AI models and frameworks (NLP, LLMs, reasoning engines) into the SearchUnify platform

Collaborate closely with product managers, ML engineers and designers to turn user stories into functional, tested code

Participate in Agile Scrum (e.g. Daily scrum, Sprint planning, backlog grooming, Sprint retro etc.) to ensure on-time product delivery

Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot production issues and ensure code quality

Stay current with AI trends, NLP advancements, and new engineering tools to keep our solutions cutting-edge Ad
