Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Dharmapuri, responsible for driving growth across SAT Integrated Services’ core offerings in project management, cost management, workforce solutions, and related engineering services.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to project and service needs. The role involves conducting market research, tracking industry trends, and collaborating with technical and project teams to align service offerings with client requirements. The Business Development Manager will manage the sales pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. The position also requires regular reporting on business performance, participation in client meetings and site visits, and contribution to marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s market presence.
