We're now building an AI Conversational Agent that can manage business conversations across websites, social media platforms, messaging apps, and email. We're looking for someone who is passionate about digital communication, understands how excellent conversations drive business, and wants to help build the future of AI-powered customer interactions.

About the Role

This is not a traditional customer support or social media role.

Instead, you'll work alongside AI engineers to help build an AI agent that can communicate naturally, professionally, and effectively across every digital channel.

Your responsibility is to help teach the AI how humans build relationships, answer questions, qualify leads, handle objections,



schedule meetings, follow up, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through conversations.

If you love crafting messages, understand customer psychology, and enjoy experimenting with AI, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
- Work with AI engineers to build and improve our Conversational AI Agent.
- Design conversation flows for different business scenarios.
- Help AI understand tone, context, and customer intent.
- Create messaging frameworks for lead generation, customer engagement, sales, and support.
- Improve AI-generated conversations through continuous testing and feedback.
- Identify repetitive communication workflows that can be automated.
- Research conversational best practices across industries.

What You'll Help Build

You'll help our AI agent learn how to:
- Respond naturally to customer inquiries.
- Handle Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website chats
