Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and service PVblink products, including inverters and energy storage systems, at customer locations.



Daily responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and executing repairs to ensure optimal system performance and uptime. The role involves providing on-site technical support, guiding customers and partners on product usage, safety, and best practices, and documenting all service activities, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement. The Service Engineer will collaborate with the technical and R&D; teams to escalate complex issues, support product testing in the field, and help implement corrective and improvement actions.

Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical and electronic systems, preferably within solar or renewable energy applications.
- Hands-on experience in field service and on-site customer support, including installation, commissioning, and system checks.
