We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, presenting our services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients and businesses.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Present company services and prepare sales proposals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales and lead reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Track competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing/IT services is an advantage.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
