* Supervise and coordinate the work of servers, stewards, and other restaurant staff.

* Welcome and assist guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Take and monitor food and beverage orders to ensure timely and accurate service.

* Train, guide, and motivate team members on service standards and company policies.

* Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

* Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service.

* Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and attendance.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth operations.

* Check food quality and presentation before serving guests.

* Prepare duty rosters and allocate work assignments.

* Assist with inventory control and report stock shortages.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

* Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
