Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have completed an MS in Orthopedics and possess post-MS clinical experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and orthopedic conditions.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, performing orthopedic surgeries, managing pre-operative and post-operative care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Experience in handling arthroplasty and arthroscopy procedures is essential.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of post-MS experience (4+ years preferred).
- Proven experience in performing and managing arthroplasty and arthroscopy cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, fractures, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Perform orthopedic surgical procedures, including arthroplasty and arthroscopy.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage pre-operative,
intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
- Interpret diagnostic reports, imaging studies, and laboratory results.
- Handle emergency orthopedic cases when required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and medical ethics.
