About the Role

As one of the first commercial hires for India, you will work closely with the Sales Head and Leadership Team to establish and grow Abaan's presence in the market.

While the role carries the title of Key Account Manager, it offers the opportunity to contribute far beyond traditional account management. You will play a key role in expanding distribution, developing strategic customer relationships,



identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening our presence across General Trade, Contemporary Trade, and E-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by expanding distribution and increasing market penetration across assigned territories.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce channels.
- Work closely with distributors to improve sales performance, product availability, and market execution.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activities, and annual business plans with key customers.
