Position Summary The In-Store Sales Executive is responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves product promotion, customer assistance, and maintaining store standards to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
- Sales achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Product knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of store products, promotions, and offers.
- Store presentation: Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and merchandise is organised.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
