About:

iBaby is looking for a
Customer Support Executive
who can manage customer queries, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to sales through proactive customer outreach.

The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with customers over
phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
, while also being comfortable making outbound calls, following up with customers, and driving repeat purchases and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through
phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media DMs
.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, products, payments, exchanges, returns, and deliveries.
- Make
outbound calls and proactive customer follow-ups
to generate repeat purchases and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain and organise customer data using
Shopify and Google Sheets
.
- Segment customers based on purchase history, frequency, preferences, and other relevant parameters.
- Prepare customer lists for
new launches,



restocks, seasonal offers, promotions, and loyalty campaigns
.
- Track customer outreach activities, responses, conversions, and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with
store and marketing teams
to communicate ongoing offers and promotions to customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share key insights with the management team.
- Ensure a
professional, empathetic, and resolution-focused
customer experience at all times.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience
in customer support, tele-sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent
spoken and written English
with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with customers.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of
Google Sheets

- Familiarity with
Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
is an advantage.
