REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER

Position: Real Estate Sales Manager

1. JOB PURPOSE

The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing the sales team, generating and converting leads, developing channel partners, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned real estate projects.
- Generate business through direct sales, references, digital leads, walk-ins, channel partners, and corporate networks.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversion.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify recent business opportunities and potential markets.

B. Team Management
- Recruit, train, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Allocate leads and territories among sales executives.
- Set individual and team-wise sales targets.
- Monitor daily activities, calls, meetings, site visits, and conversions.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Take corrective action wherever performance is below expectations.

C. Lead & CRM Management
- Ensure proper recording and updating of all leads in CRM/MIS.
- Monitor lead response time and follow-up activities.
- Track lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
- Ensure no genuine lead is left unattended.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
