Job Summary

Global Media Marketing & Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to manage the complete tendering process for government and public-sector projects.

The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in identifying, preparing, filling, and submitting government tenders, preferably for services related to Social Media, Events, Audio-Visual (AV), Public Relations (PR), Digital Marketing, Media & Communications, and related services.

The candidate will be responsible for managing tenders from opportunity identification through final submission, ensuring all documentation, technical requirements, financial proposals, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Search, identify, and track relevant Government/PSU tenders, RFPs, EOI, RFQs, and other procurement opportunities.




- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, technical specifications, financial requirements, and submission conditions.
- Prepare and manage the complete tender submission process from start to finish.
- Fill and submit tenders through relevant Government e-Procurement portals within prescribed deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Business Development, Finance, Accounts, Creative, Events, AV, Social Media, PR, and Operations to collect required information and documents.
- Prepare technical proposals, commercial/financial bids, company profiles, capability statements, compliance sheets, and other tender-related documents.
- Ensure all tender documents meet the specified eligibility, technical, commercial, and statutory requirements.
