Job Description – Business Development Executive Position Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This role requires strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills to expand the company’s market presence and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate recent business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.

· Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.

· Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and contracts.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.

· Negotiate terms of agreements and close business deals.

· Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM systems.





· Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

· Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

· Provide feedback to management regarding market demand, customer needs, and business opportunities.

· Assist in preparing business development reports and sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

· Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
