- 8 to 10 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement Operations, or Contract Operations.
- Strong experience managing CLM operational teams in a global/shared services environment.
- Proven experience in process implementation, process transformation, and operational governance.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa CLM or similar CLM platforms.
- Robust understanding of contract lifecycle processes including amendments, renewals, hierarchy management, approvals, and metadata governance.
- Experience driving process standardization and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and build scalable operational processes from the ground up.
