Roles and Responsibilities :
- An understanding of payments and banking domain fundamentals is required
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for native and hybrid mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Appium.
- Conduct API testing as part of end-to-end validation of mobile workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes.
- Assisting in root cause analysis and providing detailed documentation of defects and test results.
- Supporting test execution in CI/CD environments and integrating test automation into pipelines.
- Knowledge of ticket tools such as JIRA must.
- Participate in critical design activities to ensure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested.
- Effective at quickly understanding technology and explaining it in non-technical terms.
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with developers to resolve issues as and when required.
- Analysing trends of bugs and getting them fixed.




- Be aware of product updates, ux trends and new technologies.
- Use multiple platforms like JIRA, Git, AWS, Jenkins, Firebase, Grafana, etc
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, product managers and other team members.
- Estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements :
- Tech graduates with 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Appium
- Proficient in any scripting language: Java, Python, JavaScript
- Experience in testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
- Robust knowledge of mobile testing strategies, UI interactions, and device-specific behaviours.
- Good understanding of ADB commands, simulators, emulators, and real-device testing.
- Exposure to mobile performance and crash analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle, QA methodologies, and best practices.
