Position: Project Manager ( Retail Experience )
Location : Nungambakkam high road, Chennai
Experience :- 7+ Years working in Retail
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
Working days: 6 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6–7 Site/Project Engineers.
- Oversee 12–20 retail fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Review drawings, BOQs, layouts, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality and execution standards.
- Resolve project delays, site issues, and execution challenges.
- Drive timely handover of retail outlets.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Improve project processes and execution efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Strong team leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in retail interior fit-outs and civil execution.
- Good knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and construction processes.
- Vendor/contractor management and negotiation skills.
- Solid control over cost, quality, and project timelines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
