About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR – Talent Acquisition qualified with 1-2 years of experience to strengthen our growing team.
The role will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle across corporate, retail, manufacturing and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to identify talent that aligns with our culture and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements in coordination with department heads and business leaders.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
Coordinate technical/departmental interviews and follow up with candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance and source effectiveness.
Coordinate with HR and department teams for smooth joining and onboarding.
Support employer-branding activities through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
Build relationships with colleges, recruitment consultants and external talent partners when required.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and talent availability within the baby care, apparel, retail and FMCG sectors.
Candidate Profile
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
